Mada's role is not limited to project execution

but we always seek to share our experience with our partners in the initial stages of projects to help them shape their vision and insights about their projects tailored to their circumstances and needs through.

Design

This stage is where we need to listen and understand our partners' needs and thoughts until we reach the most suitable design that fits our partners while considering function of architectural spaces, user experience, allocated budget and time, sustainability, and building legislation.

We start by developing our concept and sketches, deciding on materials and till we generate a full set of detailed shop drawings to reflect the scope and character of the work to be performed.

Visualization and Modelling

We employ the latest engineering software tools, including 3DS Max, SketchUp and Lumion to make our design understandable and imaginable to all stakeholders, which can be reflected on the ease of execution and reduction of issues.

Analysis and Simulation

We recently introduced Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology into our process which enabled seamless collaboration among various stakeholders enabling quick decision making, accurate construction documents and better.

Project Planning and Scheduling

A crucial stage in every project that aims to control time and cost which results in improving parties' communication, maximizing productivity and easily progress tracking using Primavera software.

Cost Estimation

In this stage, we provide our client with a detailed estimate of the project to facilitate the decision-making process. Moreover, in order to minimize the cost and improve operational efficiency of the project, we apply the concept of value engineering.
