Scope of Work: Isolating the roofs of King Khalid University Hospital on an area of 1,300 m2, as the building was suffering from leaks in various areas on some medical departments and rooms of information technology devices and equipment whose value exceeds SR 400 million. Our scope included removing the existing insulation, treatment of expansion joints and re-insulation with the necessary layers of protection, considering the preservation of the existing mechanical equipment and the speed of carrying out the work to avoid weather conditions.
