Construction of King Abdulaziz University Hospital’s External Fence

Scope of Work: Construction of an external fence around the existing main building of King Abdulaziz University Hospital, 53 meters long, with a security room awarded on a design-build basis. The existing situation of underground utilities, infrastructure and RC structures of existing basements and car parks has been studied by examining as built drawings of the general site and RC roofs. Our scope included surveying, earthwork, construction of RC and steel elements, waterproofing works, sliding steel gates work, electrical and mechanical installations, and finishing works.
