Construction and Finishing of MEWA’s Facilities:

Design, construction, interior fit-out and furnishing of multiple facilities and administrative offices in a two-phase project, where phase (1) included the office of His Excellency the Minister and its annexes containing the offices of directors and assistants of His Excellency the Minister, in addition to the main lobby and elevators in the old ministry building, and phase (2) included the administrative offices of information management and digital transformation of the Vision 2030 Realization Office and the department of project management and maintenance, which were designed to accommodate 180 employees. Our scope comprised the development of detailed designs, engineering, procurement, construction of steel structures, electromechanical works, finishing, furniture, fixtures networks, security installations, surveillance equipment, and all other infrastructure works.
