Rehabilitation of Sun and Sand Sport’s Headquarters
Scope of Work: Interior fit-out and furnishing of the company’s head office with an area of 2700 m2 awarded on a design-bid-build basis. Our scope of work included wood decoration works for ceilings and walls, glass and concrete partitions, ceilings, and floors of all kinds. It also comprised of all electrical and mechanical works including firefighting systems, fire and smoke detection systems, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing, as well as associated IT systems.
